Rat infestation in attic.... clean up
All,
I have a rat problem that has been in one of my houses for awhile, unknown to me and I have to get it cleaned up.
One company I'm working with says I need to remove all the insulation, droppings, clean and treat and reinstall new insulation. Quote is in the 2.25 to 3.75 per square ft to do this, which will be well into the thousands.
Anyone had experience with this and are there most cost effective ways to clean this up?
