So a ton of investors and wanna be investors, flippers, “wholesalers”, agents, brokers, and “middlemen” are chasing the very elusive divorce, death, foreclosure and general distress sale. problem with this is twofold.  

I skipped this route and chased investors doing the 100 unit deals.

You are also having to chase deals and networking with banks, finding management teams, etc.
