I'm brand new myself to investing.

Hello, I'm a brand new member and this is my first post on the forum.  

Brand new kitchen, Cherry Cabinets, granite, two full baths with granite, separate laundry room, two floors, master bed has 3 closets, living room, family room, separate dining area with direct access to a huge deck, one side of a very large garage, private yard and the town has every amenity you could want and also only a 40 min commute to downtown Boston, MA. 

Build relationships to get in-front of your targeted audience is the way to build traffic, and your brand.

Hi Everyone,I am brand new to Real Estate Investing and I have a LOT to learn.

I disagree with some of the assumptions above.Here's my take on gurus: most of them were / are successful to a certain degree but just like most of us they need to secure deals and financing.Being in front of large crowds is incredible for their brand.

I am brand new to real estate investing, and looking for a local group or mentor that could show me the ropes and share their knowledge and experience.  

They want separate branding, domains, etc.  

In SE Michigan where I am always looking, it seems as newer or new homes (post 2000 built) are back to or within 10% of the price that they were sold brand new.
