What's great about using that service, is that the postman simply scans the priority mail envelope when he/she puts it in their box.

Agree with @Nancy Curran You can just email her the lease (if you've already vetted her) and have her scan the signature page and email it back to you.

I just used the USPS priority mail, because the mailman just scans it when he delivers it - they can't avoid signing for something or picking up a certified letter.

Also each state has it own laws pertains to alcohol intake, consider your state laws, person size and body weight.. hope that helps, just an opinion.
