Second - and apologies if this was mentioned already, my brain had gone to bed - but it’s ten per person right?

The rental itself is a 2 bed/1 bath, 900 sq ft.

Hello I have an accepted contract on a 5plex / 6K Sq ft 25 Room 15 Bed  that has been abandoned and reclassified as illegal non conforming. 

Leaving our oversized master bedroom for a triple bunk bed for the kids, and the sitting room space (divided by a privacy curtain) for us to sleep. 

You can get a parking spot downtown AND a Starbucks gift card that will last you all month.You MIGHT be able to get 1 room in a 4 bed/1 bath place in Oak Square.

It is 2 story and just under 900SF 2 Bed / 2.5 bath.I had planned to just gut the thing and replace everything from the studs out and make it another rental or move there ourselves, but that was at the market peak.

Where i'm at...1 in each bed room.1 out side each bed room.

My criteria for each follows.Owner Occupants-Specific Cities in Alameda County (CA)-LTV less than 40%-2 or more Beds and Baths-SFR & up to 4 units-Exclude Corporate Owned-14,280 total leadsAbsentee Owners-LTV less than 60%-All of Alameda County (CA)-Beds/baths/units are all the same as above-Last Sale Date before 2001-Including absentee owners that live in-state as California is quite large-731 total leadsSo, is there anything that I'm forgetting?

The small items above the bed and on the right wall are distracting and dont help.
