To begin with, being a buyer's agent on a team that already generates leads will allow you to get comfortable showing property and looking for the ins and outs of buying RE. but when you bring buyers "to" the team and then need to go off on shift, your other team members can assist you with your clients.

Either you can pay a non refundable retainer to a realtor, or most realtors are happy to provide info and assistance, as long as they will be your local go-to agent to purchase/sell moving forward.

Even if nothing comes of it, it's a little energy boost, and hopefully by sharing, I can offer some encouragement to anyone who might need it.

So I have a renter issue and question for anyone knowing the process for rental assistance in CA.  

Tenant filed for ERAP AFTER receiving eviction notice (Emergency Rental Assistance Program).

They are legit and they provide COVID rental assistance. 

And a little assisting in my real estate investing journey wouldn’t hurt.

I am looking for a part time virtual assistant to help me grow my social media presence. 

I have a low credit score (slightly above 600) due to carrying high credit card debt as well as having some charged off CC's from my college days, however the statute for those to show up on my credit report expire in August of this year so it should provide a sizable boost to my credit score, in addition to my plan I have in place to reduce my total credit usage from $12,000 (out of 13,000 available) down to about $4,000 by July (hopefully lower!).
