I must've misread the article, my intention is not to take any loans against the retirement account but to invest with it. 

I appreciate the article and understand the principles at play, but I find the specific number goals to be unrealistic.

My thoughts exactly, although kicking around the site I did see an article recommending use of the standard state form.

I did read an article about a guy who only collects $1 per year in income as the CEO of his company, but makes $1M per day in dividends.
