I'm brand new, and just looking to find markets to analyze deals and learn the ropes hands on.

I did not know anything about it and slowly but surely by attending the webinars reading the polls reading the blog I have learned quite a bit my husband and I just started a company at first I have no clue what he was talking about but things to biggerpockets I have learn about the do's and don'ts and real estate investment and how to analyze a property and see if its worth getting or not.

Looking to buy my first rental property and I'm still having trouble trying to find a good deal, as ashamed as I am to say I'm still having trouble analyzing deals. 

I'm trying to get a better handle on property analysis and adjustments that I should be making when analyzing a deal.
