Hi All,I've recently acquired a few properties and have started using Stessa (since I get it for free with a BP Pro membership) for bookkeeping.   

I'm looking for a  sincere mentor to can help me and guide me to avoid all the avoidable mistakes I might go through.  

I don’t have much understanding of all the wordings.

It all comes down to being interested, not interesting, and constantly adding value based on your market and area knowledge, nothing else.

my business is building new homes and i have 12 presales currently so just finishing those up and they will all close so rates are not affecting me. 

Am I comfortable with the risk of the syndication deal and I am informed enough about the risk that if all the money disappeared, it wouldn’t be a deal breaker financially for me and my family?

All, at most, have had minimal fees - $500 for origination, etc.
