What are some key methods you used stay center keeping that task in mind, working that day job, yet balancing time to find other passive incomes.

We are looking for local contractors, lending partners (traditional retail lending,  private lending, and Hard Money), property managers, and potentially a couple student interns to assist with some operational and marketing based tasks. 

I'm not looking for a turnkey and I'd rather divide the tasks among several companies.

Just go in and do the agreed task and leave.

Get a bookkeeper or accountant to handle these tasks if you are unable to do so yourself.

So if you are going to go with that type of loan make sure one of the units is available for you to live in and make sure you are up to the task of starting a flip with a small multi-family. 

I am a executive Chef and have a good work etc, common sense , can multi task and can follow directions and have some basic knowledge..
