Anyone out there have airbnbs scattered around the country/world AND they self manage?

In a perfect world, the current PMC would send tenants a "Good-bye Letter" stating who the new PMC is and the official date of the transfer.

I am a "recent" transplant to the DFW area (Recent = moved here one week before the world shut down.

I would however suggest talking to a few additional lenders to see what they say as although I have experience in the conventional lending world I now only do investment loans so things may have changed since I last did a conventional loan. 

A trusted mentor taught me long ago... give to charity and volunteer to help others and make the world a better place... but treat your business as a business.

Then you will have enough points for multiple roundtrip airline tickets (or hotel points) to anywhere in the world. 

I just recently decided to enter a new venture in the world of business and I chose to do hosting in Airbnb.

Hey, everyone...lots of interesting stuff going in the world of appraisals...curious: what do are your thoughts about desktop appraisals versus full appraisals?
