Regulations here are totally different than other places, this is a fledgling market really with westerners only being able to buy here over the past 10 years so the regulations are still "work in progress" but work well.

I would pay what ever it takes to live in the BAy Area.. its only family reason that I have to hand out here in Oregon in the doom and gloom of the winter which last 9 months.. but the RE market makes up for it a little its quite robust.. not in a mid west fashion its not a cash flow market but if your a retail flipper you can make big dough here consistantly
