I have spent some considerable time looking in Vegas and Nashville and can say there are no deals to be had. 

In Las Vegas, I never personally had to evict a tenant, but I think the court will put the tenant on the street within 3 days of their not paying their rent.

If it is a casino bump, Hot Springs is not currently receiving one and has been flat for the last four quarters, including a drop of 0.3% for Q1.

Even when leaving town there was always a restaurant, casino, shopping mall or even free parking spots with free charging.
