What’s the best bookkeeping software to use?

I'm in a similar position but the state returns don't really cost me much, if anything at all, because my accounting firm uses great software so doing the state tax return seems to be just a matter of hitting print because the data is there already when they enter the K-1 and flag it as GA source income. 

If you are acquiring apartments, you need professional landlord software to manage your leases, contracts, vendors, ledgers, work orders, etc. 

@Chris Papa I've been seeing a few software solutions for Airbnb rentals floating around, could be worth a thought if your looking for a cheap potential solution?

I'm very serious about making some deals here in Raleigh, NC *very soon* but I'm now focused on indoctrinating myself and getting comfortable with all aspects of Wholesaling if it takes a couple of months or so.I'm looking to use my IT experience to build my own system that's centered around automation, data analytics, and software integration.

Tax software is not magic. 

For advertising, I'd recommend utilizing one of the free landlord software platforms out there that will perform market syndication.
