It's okay to go slow in the beginning until you have the funds to do multiple at a time and hire out. 

@Chinmay J. when I said "highly undesirable" I certainly meant the maximum allowed by state law but thanks for pointing that out :-)  Sometimes owners don't use the max which certainly is not a deterrent for slow pays.

It is illegal to call 911 for non-emergency because it slows response time for real emergencies.

They had to postpone the closing twice, so in my situation they seemed to be a bit disorganized and slow.
