I'll be looking for my second property over here in San Diego, CA.  

The first couple places I've called from Yelp have quoted me $5-$6k which seems super expensive compared to when I search online for 'cabinet refacing cost' it tells me $1-$2k.I'm in the San Diego area, any tips on how to find a decent cabinet refacing company and about how much should I expect to pay?

I have a client that owns a rental home here in San Diego since the 70's she is ready to do a 1031 exchange and will have 400k after sell.

Conspicuously off the list were New York, Boston, and San Francisco, which boasted an 11% cost of living ratio of median base salary to home value.

I just moved back to the Bay Area from East Mesa (ASU Polytechnic Campus) and I can put you in contact with someone who wholesales apartment complexes in Maricopa County.I also have partners in San Luis with commercial land near the commercial port of entry and medjool date farms for sale.It would be great to be able to pick your brain when I do visit the valley.
