Just purchased a home with a nice red brick exterior.

I'm now back to square one and I'm still looking to find properties 24/7.  

They all have new roofs, are 3 bed 1 bath, vinyl siding, full unfinished basements, all have the same vinyl tile squares throughout.

Red flag red flag!!

Just be friendly and courteous when calling and everything should be squared away.

And, learn to estimate projects and put a budget together prior to purchase, so you can have your financing squared away.good luck!

In my opinion, the Park street, NY St, Dover St (and towards Red's Shoe Barn) is a C class area.  

In an A community the land value is high enough that if the subject property were to burn down, it would make sense to rebuild a bigger and better property.In a B community the land value should be substantial enough to rebuild the same property, in square footage and included features.

As a syndicator I don't like the red tape with non-accredited investors.
