This would probably work better on listings being listed by owner rather than owns being listed by a management company or realtor .You can tell them about your experience and great ratings on Airbnb etc .

As for recommended realtors, there's several BP members who are experienced realtors/brokers in Tulsa/BA areas. 

I have currently found a couple of properties from a realtor were the numbers work.

Hey @Filip Petrevski, I've been a Realtor for 4 years and have never heard a request like that. 

Very excited to start this new chapter in my life, I will be working as a part time realtor for now. 

I’ve mainly been working with realtors on the small Multis in the Keys but I’ve been toying with sending a mailer and starting up some ads.

I was a realtor mortgage broker business owner and a real estate investor over 10 years ago.

So I have an higher end house valued at about $520000-$560000 according to a realtor friend.

@Shiloh Lundahl , my JOb is been a Realtor and a Wholesaler,  I know, it is in the same industry but I love making active income and invest for long-term passive  income,  first, I got some SFH, rented on section 8,  but now selling them and with a goal of acquiring my first Mobiel home park.Been an agent is really great because I do not sell houses, I sell homes, all my clients and now my friends, some of them are already  interesting on investing on RE as passive investors
