You don't know that is actually the case of what's making them sick and I don't think it should be the landlord's responsibility to diagnose their illness. 

I know prices are high right now and for a beginner that is a little standoffish but i know ill eventually find one and make a move. 

We state a person with a cat allergy should be able to rent the apartment with no ill effects.

Both units are tenant occupied and seeing as though i have to live in one of the properties, ill have to get rid of one of the tenants.
