I would rather pay more for quality work and this person came highly recommended.The floor looked great and he even joked that the entire building may fall apart, but this floor wouldn’t.A couple years go by and now a nail has come through the floor, thorny side up! 

I have a Mother/Daughter home in Middlesex, NJ that has a separate, private entrance for the second floor apartment.

This past hurricane (Ida) was a whopper and flooded the first floor, destroying the 2 kitchens.

It was also assumed to be built on concrete slab.

Like @Nick C. said, no...not unless there are some indicators, like tree roots or cracked concrete....

I have had my flooring guy enter to measure and I have even showed units to perspective tenants.

Painted complete interior/exterior (mostly self, hired for some interior work), removed wallpaper (hired contractor), installed fixtures (self), installed new appliances (self), installed flooring throughout (hired contractor), and cleaned up and updated landscaping (self).

Hardwood floors have been refinished and a new roof was installed in 2017.
