I find it to be fitting for the house I have in the small blue collar town we are have this property in.  

I've rented my house in Los Angeles CA for the past 11 years and am closing on a deal in MS this month.

I put together a power point presentation based off of Brandon Turners book (Rental Property Investing) to market to friends and family in Los Angeles, CA however the combined experience here well surpasses my own.

And yes, I think sometimes clients portray themselves as angels when they have behaved badly.That said, I wonder if you believe there is ever an instance when this sort of thing would be the appropriate response to a deal gone bad?

My son signed a lease to live in the FRAT house in the Fall so if Universities don't open up,  its going to suck for me to have to pay $1300 a month for him to be sitting in Los Angeles doing his classes online instead of living in the FRAT house.I am hoping if this happens that there will be some type adjustment to the lease, but I am not holding my breath on that one.
