@Tristan S.I think if you understand where the loan is going, you'll understand these terms better.For discussion's sake, let's say you walk into Wells Fargo or Bank of America, and say "I'd like a mortgage on my investment property, please."

Our best bets strategically would be to use up labor forces in Central and South America, but those governments aren't strong enough and our Political Will says to stay away from "Colonializing" the Americas again, to the tune of Yankee go Home.-  Value Add products, some will come back to the US. 

You need to talk to investors that have already been there and done that  and get their residential agent and their little Property Manager and start to develop your team in an emerging market in America. 

@Greg Kristy Auction isn't the norm in North America...if we were in Australia, that would be a different story.

There are some great oppurtunities in Central America right now.

Next, look at Medellin compared to every other major market in South America, or the world, it's extraordinarily cheap on a price per sq meter basis.
