Solar loans are 30-50k and I believe that amount of money can be used to upgrade the homes bathrooms, kitchen or square footage instead of saving a few hundred dollars on power bill. 

The old gravity furnaces on the other hand, I don't hate (except fo the asbestos tape around the duct work and it's not usually a problem if you leave it alone)-- They are very inefficient (60%) but there is nothing at all to break, they work even in a power outage, and they put out serious heat.

So power those bad boys down without sacrificing your reserves. 

What I think is most revealing about the storyline is the power of the masses.

In other words, each series can have its separate rights, powers, duties for specific assets or liabilities and can have a separate business purpose.

Another part is local buying power.

You will need architectural and engineering plans for the builds.One of your other main points of diligence from the beginning is going to be how will you get water, power, sewer/septic, and potentially clearing of trees and other land issues to get to build these properties.

You can buy a house hack to live in which is pretty easy and also powerful.

I do agree the board of directors has huge power within the community though and can affect how it is maintained.
