I need some more studying to do.

After each exam study the questions you got wrong and if need be review that chapters key points.

I guess my next bet is calling the phone number on the study.

You will probably learn more about real estate through your personal study, pod-casts, etc. than you will even in the real estate finance course offered at BYU.

I spent 5 years or so in Morgantown, WV studying at WVU.

One even admitted to studying REI for eight years & still not getting started. 

Just remember that studies have proven that the majority of people in the world, have a favorite topic to discuss more than anything else.

I have been studying the in's and out's into investing with real estate but haven't understood every little process that comes along with it quite yet.
