I love how the law is worded, that the LL must win within 60 days or the eviction doesn’t go public.

Basically, I believe the "win is in the buy" and if you are overpaying for property your not winning. 

I hope it works out for you and especially hope that you can get a Win Win agreement.

They tried to move me again 10yrs later and I told'm what they could do with that.The only way to "win" is to retire elsewhere with a better cost of living . . . but an addict has difficulty "getting of his juice"  :grin:

Moreover, to win at a realtor ethics complaint, you have to show that the agent was malicious.

Right now the sellers are still winning but transactions numbers for January and February are already down from last year so you're beginning to see some buyers drop out.

For you to win a case against the previous owner you would likely need to show that they had knowledge of the actual zoning and misrepresented it.
