As Preston said, you can search on BP, but you will only see the service providers who are paying to be shown.

So go find that local person who teaches cheap classes, or provides a 1hr overview at a local REIA.Read the book the 16% solution for a general overview of concepts and ideas.

It seems the downpayment here for you is a killer and the place won't even cash flow that well?

Well they wont know it and to save money by not having a lawyer advise them .. boom they take title to all sorts of nasty crap.

Has anyone else gone through this process of rezoning and can provide me with some links/guidance on the process?
