The biggest demo is in the garage which needs all the drywall removed due to mold caused by resting water in the crawl space.

@David Oldenburg  I hear you, I am just saying for me this is were its kind of filtered out after the last 4 years... 

A good way to check if they are still in the property is by placing small aluminum 8x9 baking pans with water and dish soap on the floor, spread them through out the rooms. 

Water/sewer is $45 a month and a $10 a month advertising budget.
