In general it seems like folks are ready to travel and do normal things. 

Travel Nurse?

Both of the places you mention are dependent on oil and cruise lines as well as travel and hospitality.

The Bad: Tenant spent two years traveling sporadically for work and had relatives move in as roommates without asking me.

It's difficult to travel south (I'm currently living on the central coast) to look at property.  

I'm a bit of a nomad; living in a van and traveling for most of the past few years.

A working actor often travels a lot so shorter term arrangements when she does so are possible. 

The other two I travel between the states and Europe.
