When you come right down too it, you have a few different people teaching much the same stuff.

With regards to getting your real estate license - it would teach you the very basics of your state laws and compensation models (which, as I suggested above, would likely be very beneficial for you).

What you will do is learn more in that experience than any coach can teach you.

Part of me feels that my BP education teaches me how to build wealth on earth, but I am on Mars.CA is also not very landlord-friendly.

But maybe we should hire you and your google law degree to teach and consult all of us your insight into the legal field and how 100s of years of knowledge of the largest and best asset protection firms does not compare to your google knowledge and 30 years of genius life experience.
