I suspect that if you took $140K out of the trust to pay off your personal debts (mortgage and S/L) you would be mighty unhappy with your tax situation the following spring. 

Also I suspect that very very few are multi family. 

@John Semanchuk  I'm crazy enough to want to tackle this challenge, despite it being my first time.I'll get back to you when my brother finishes the pre-qual process, I suspect that he'll be afforded a maximum of 500k. 

I strongly suspect that MLS rules (which vary by location) prohibit listing a property for someone who doesn't own it.  

Regarding aBnB I suspect that will be dependent upon the city you live in.HTH

The rent is definitely low, it hasn't been raised in years, these are studio units, so I'm having trouble finding comps, I have found 1 bedrooms renting for $600 that are in a slightly worse area than the subject property, so I suspect I could raise rents from $400 to $500.  

The fact that the president didn't mention this contract at the meeting is suspect. 

if it aint broke and your not missing things .. then I suspect keep moving if you need a few months to get orginzied and rented then waiting would be fine as well.  

If it cash flows well great, I suspect it will not. 

I suspected that they were all short and that there were no other properties to comp to.
