Are they entering this into CRM software and if so would that be Zoho, Podio, etc?

Most properties are not metered so you will need to check with your local laws and likely use an outside vendor or utility option in your accounting software that automatically allocates the bill to residents base on size and occupancy.  

Perhaps you should look into software similar to what hotels use, where users must sign off on a disclaimer in order to access internet.

You get it filled in as best as you can then take it to a title company and they have software to spit it out correctly.  

However, many of these CRM softwares require a monthly charge.

And stupid software(s) who can only infer dates and cannot reason what the document is,  shared it out to public.For 2-3 days, I did sweat!
