I would also stress to all three girls, that it doesn't matter who isn't paying her "share" rent is due when it is due.  

The heir's can be demanding, tensions run high and the stress of inheritance and disputes often arise.

Don't stress,  this is just one of the many processes you may have to go through as a landlord,  breathe...

It injects a little humor into the otherwise stressful process of house hunting.

The timing on that is kind of stressful.
