My most recent research has been on selection 8 housing and where I have been focusing my interest in learning about as of lately, is this something that you would recommend, If so why or why not?

I was really interested in a 1/1 on top of a hill (had a bit of a view) but was several miles north of Hochatown, so was talked out of it by my realtor.

I'm so excited about this new endeavor into real estate investment and entrepreneurship.
