The RON process relies upon US credit reporting to verify identity... so if the borrower is not a US citizen, that won't work.I assume that the real issue here is a personal guarantee, so appointing an authorized agent to sign docs via LLC resolution will not perfect that guarantee.

These can include "Owners with Low Financial Stability Scores" (FSS) and "Seniors with Long-Time Ownership".

If not wondering how the bank got comfortable with using the first rental as collateral if there is already a senior loan on the home.

I've worked with tons of foreign nationals getting financing to do deals here in the US but none of them were getting the same terms as US citizens.

Is this total, 1.2M citizens, or just people on all visas, like student, work, etc.?

I know some of you love your Short-Term Rentals, Senior Living Facilities, and Storage units but I don't believe anything beats Mobile Home Parks if you buy correctly. 

Has anyone ever purchased a home (~5 bedrooms) and converted into senior living?
