First Time BRRRR investor
I am a senior at University of North Carolina Charlotte. Being a broke college student, I want to be in a position to do my first BRRRR deal this year (If that is possible). I was reading about the 203k FHA loan. This seems like the way to go. Anybody with experience with this, I would like to know the pros and cons to this loan. If the 203k FHA loan is a bad option, I would like to know of other ways to be able to finance the first deal. Thanks for the help!
