I hope you took pics/video of the damage and did a walk through with the tenant when you started and ended the tenancy. 

Do you mind sharing a pic of such a house?

I really like the set up but I am constantly unable to do different things, cannot upload pics of properties,cannot access my email accounts, I also have to constantly check email because I no longer get notifications. 

And if you can, get something unique and "instagrammable," like a mural or something that the Zoomers can take a pic and post about on their vacay. 

For most listings, you'd be FAR better off posting a ton of DIY pics and investing your money in someone doing a clear floor plan drawing.

I would also show the numbers along with before and after pics of my most recent renovation to show that its a project I have some experience with.

I was even able to tweak it so that it shows a bed icon on the map, so if someone was to use google maps and look around PCB, they would see our property name, pics, phone # and website link.

Pictures are worth 1000 words , I take lots of before pictures and have the tenants sign each page of pics .

Do you have pics of problem? 

The "professional photography" was some guy who couldn't care less coming by and snapping a few pics on his iPhone (no flash!)
