Now, a lien search for tax liens in that county can be looked up in two different systems, and so the payoff should have led to a satisfaction of all TCB liens in both of those systems - but somehow a single one of the liens was not recorded as satisfied in one of the systems (yet all other TCB liens did get recorded as satisfied in this system).
