Looking for a RE attorney to vet an agreement//contract

Hello Fellow BPers,

I am looking at doing my first RE investment in a rental property in Indiana via a co-investing model. It's 50/50 partnership with the firm that will be buying, rehabbing and and finally renting out the property while I will be passively participating/investing with capital. I need to get some of the documents (agreement and note) vetted by an RE attorney. Can someone pleas recommend some names of individuals /firms that I could work with and rely on ? I would really appreciate it.

Regards,

Mukesh

@Mukesh Yadav, I have worked with @Jynell Berkshire and I think she is very knowledgeable regarding real estate law, governance, and policy.
