Taking an existing contract to use can be like putting a square peg in a round hole and if you don't "underwrite" the borrower and provide resonable safeguards you could have problems down the road.Lastly, you need to address the issues arising from your investigation of the buyer so that you actually use the right kind of contract for the circumstances.

If they pop a few rounds off they cant bring the gun to the store to ask to match the bullets, and they sure as hell cant read the side of the gun so see what is says.

If inventory stays tight, I will hopefully get a big premium again, if a ton of inventory hits, I should be able to sell the best property on the street at a acceptable profit and buy the next round cheaper.
