Taking an existing contract to use can be like putting a square peg in a round hole and if you don't "underwrite" the borrower and provide resonable safeguards you could have problems down the road.Lastly, you need to address the issues arising from your investigation of the buyer so that you actually use the right kind of contract for the circumstances.

That's comparable to the span of a minute over a person's 100-year life.I agree that if we only had 100 years worth of data, it would be pretty meaningless...But, using sediment and rock samples, it's not too difficult to track large climate trends over millions and tens of millions of years, giving climate scientists a relatively well-rounded view of global climate shifts throughout history.

If inventory stays tight, I will hopefully get a big premium again, if a ton of inventory hits, I should be able to sell the best property on the street at a acceptable profit and buy the next round cheaper.
