Like I mentioned "getting someone to do it" was my first choice but finding a reliable person who will brave the snow to get to this "job" isn't easy.

@Andrew Green If you are talking about numbers and calculations found in a listing or broker's Pro Forma then I would say it is not reliable at all.

They will have all this information and more, but no one on BP can answer this question reliably.
