Mitsubishi Estate has purchased a lot of real estate for the intake of new foreigners that will start to receive a Digital Nomad VISA for Japan. https://visaguide.world/news/japan-plans-to-construct-10000-...If this opens up the amount of time foreigners with proof of income can come and visit, even if it's a year, I will re-open up this as an option. 

In my estimation this would be a Denver Real Estate mastermind, where we meet regularly, discuss our current status, our goals, and help each other progress forward. 

@Noa Zell Agreed with @Jon Schwartz on first identifying the allowed uses in the MR1 zone and then reach out to the Planner to discuss the options for permitting those uses and the timing.

Everything in your first paragraph is logical and industrious, but almost everything after is RE jargon.

., why re-invent the wheel?!?

For "fix and flip" deals, I've been discussing the "draw system" with various lenders and they seem to all have different (but yet similar) systems.

The last 2 weeks, after I've logged in, and tried to read articles, it re-directs me back to the home/log-in page......I log in..... it just puts me right back there, (I am logged in, as I see my initials in the upper right corner.)Anyone having the same problem?

Hey @Bailey Brown - I recommend attending a local meetup about REI (not a seminar) as that's where you'll get to brush shoulders with other investors and players in the RE space in your region. 

This is a solid idea, I will discuss my options with my accountant, and consider it as I proceed along. 

I have little experience in RE but I am willing to help anyway I can and share my journey so far!
