Hey born again I feel your pain from the same error; went in the hospital in 2008 had to wait to return to work before I got a dime from workman's comp lost that house life is a do over still working on bringing this S corp up & having everything in place contracting agreements, lease agreement ext. good luck right first time wishes & prayers.

The units have been vacant for months, he owns them free and clear, and I'm just glad that he does not have to climb up and down the 4 flights of stairs between the units with his very painful arthritic knees and back.

There would be less costs, less pain and more efficiency keeping this one by refinancing out your partners and bank, possibly even getting some cash out for your next purchase because of your 50%ish LTV.Maybe the same partners and bank would want to do another one with you?

I am not exactly sure if there is a specific code violation lead type to target but in my own personal experience dealing with a stop work order or any building code violation can be a huge pain.
