Would like to hear some of your thoughts - How much weight do you hold to when your rental properties were built? 

I am wondering if anyone has a similar experience with this when it comes to receiving the proper financing.I am in the Orlando/Davenport Florida area.

Besides the condition of the property and possible repairs, what else do I need to know to analyze a property properly?

I'd like to find a deal using creative financing, but also don't want to be stuck holding a property if we don't have the capital or reserves to properly work it.
