@Eric SyCip there are guests who like being walkable or a short drive to the downtown/heart of the village, and that usually goes hand-in-hand with a more affordable rate per night. 

Because the issue is the mortgage financing right, so let's attack that issue in the heart, by removing it, via Seller Financing. 

I'm not saying don't buy there, just that it's not for the faint of heart and you need to do your due diligence.
