If there are similar or better tool than Realeflow, I would also consider but my requirement is pretty much the same as Realeflow , I am planning on getting team package.

If these are bank owned REO's managed by the same asset manager you may be able to negotiate a package deal.In my opinion if these are properties you want to add to your portfolio calculate your maximum offer price and offer that.

Big box stores latest design is to have a smaller footprint with the best sellers and then have a warehouse close by within 3 to 4 mile at 5 per sq ft lease rate to house the inventory.I am not sold on drone technology for delivery of packages.

We actually made a full price offer on one...Strange as it seems, no one answered our offer...Three days later we were told it had been sold in a package to an "institutional" buyer, and they would substitute another house.
