Looking for Real Estate Leadgen Tools

I am looking for a robust tool for Leadgen, CRM and marketing purpose. I reviewed a platform called Realeflow here are more details

Can someone here who has used this tool can share some thoughts and also if you have been successful using it?

If there are similar or better tool than Realeflow, I would also consider but my requirement is pretty much the same as Realeflow , I am planning on getting team package.
