Back in 2021 when the market was on fire, sellers would be wary of financed offers because there were so many alternatives.

We have a PM and communicate wiht them. when we did not have one long ago we did not have any app or anything. we had them pay online or mail a check and put $ in quickbooks and if there was an issue they would call or email us.

I think they may want to move forward solely on escrow instructions?

Leather is very durable and easy to clean but more expensive.Depends on the property and your budget.Sleeper sofas give you more sleeping capacity.
