Elliot B. Cash Flow vs Equity vs Net Worth: Is BRRRR worth it?
11 May 2019 | 31 replies
I have read the entire post & replies, indeed interesting and fruitful discussion.I have to say my opinion is very like @Cody L.The most important advantage you have when you invest in real estate is the leverage (and I am investing also in different segments such as stock market for example). You almost don't have any other investment segments in which you can leverage yourself, and use this "additional money" to increase your portfolio and income. And here is a thing I learned from one of the greatest investors I once meet - The idea in real estate investment is not to invest your 100% cash.

Utah is ground zero for back end fullfillment companies.. so this is not new or shocking to many of us in the KNOW.Just another guru selling rehash information promising the moon and drowning their clients in futures.Sorry this happened to you.. however the systemic problem I see is that folks for some reason think they can buy their way into the real estate business.. which simply can't happen.. and it really depends on your market if your trying to do this in CA.. then thats a tough one right there.. and the markets have shifted dramatically in the last 36 months so there just is not the amount of distressed inventory out there or low hanging fruit like there was 8 to 10 years ago.as stated above just let the public know on social media.

Gary Marcotte Is REO inventory overpriced everywhere?
27 June 2017 | 72 replies
Nope @Gary Marcotte you aren't nuts things are all stupid expensive now.REOs are the worst in that kind of change the last couple years. The problem is that they were always overpriced generally but then they would sit for a long time and/or the sellers would entertain big discounts off list.
