If not, I would go back with a basic double hung that can fit into the rough opening of the old casement and save some money on materials, unless it has to match or there is a customer involved.

BAS is Base, FGR is Finished Garage and FOP is Finished Open Porch.The 3rd county I couldn't pull up directly right now, but I remember that some of the codes on the drawings identified the construction material.
