I would be even more hesitant if you are are located in BP and looking to purchase a cash flow neutral property because there are many cheaper townhomes available and the connotation some people have with the area.Last, I would make sure your rent number of $1800 is correct.I don't know the property or where it is located but I imagine you are competing with SHFs at that price point.

I really wish I would have lived in the bottom unit from the beginning...this would have allowed me to have my entire mortgage covered plus a little.
